I read your book and absolutely loved it. As someone who has visited DF 6-8 times per year for the past 3 or 4 years, I learned a number of interesting things, and am now curious to visit some of the places you mentioned, like cantinas and pulquerias. Only I can’t get my Mexican friend F to set foot inside a pulqueria.

Yesterday, I saw an old clip of Robert Townsend doing a hilarious stand up routine where he talks with a plummy British accent.
You could have done it with your spot on James Mason imitation. But actually, you sound just fine. Very welcoming.
